Do You Know How to Grow Your Business?

How do I grow my business?

What do I need to grow my business?

What do I need to do to grow my business?

Have you recently asked yourself these questions but found no answer? Have you ever come across a business question and simply said, “you know what, I don’t know”? Many businesses find themselves in this situation; if a business has more than 20 employees, they often just pay someone to get the answers for them. If, however, you are a small business with fewer than 20 employees, odds are you can’t afford to pay a management consultant $10,000 to find the answer for you.

Let’s ask the question this way:

Can you afford to pay someone $10,000 to answer key questions like “am I built for growth”?

What does my business model say? But what is a business model?

Is my business financially ready for growth?

If you’re like most business owners, you probably think something like yes, I need help, but no, I can’t afford to pay a consultant. If that is what you thought as you read this, our mentorship is for you!

The reason we created this course is because we learned very quickly that while small business owners work long and hard hours, there was very little structure to their businesses. For example, approximately less than half of the businesses we started working with had a business plan, less than 20% had operating procedures, less than 15% had a marketing plan, and less than 5% had a financial pro forma. This is part of the reason small businesses go under; there is often a lack of planning, structure, and systems so at some point, the business simply collapses. Here is how you can increase the likelihood that your business succeeds and doesn’t collapse:

  • Write and implement a business plan
  • Write and implement operating procedures
  • Write and implement a marketing plan
  • Write and implement a customer journey map
  • Write and implement a financial outline for your business
  • Write and implement a digitalization plan

If you are like most business owners, your first response is probably, yes, I agree and I like everything I’m hearing, but I don’t know how to write those plans or what I need. That is where our course is different – we don’t merely tell you why those are important for your business, but we actually help you write them! By the time you complete this course, you will have each of the above plans, lifetime membership and support from The McGraw Council, and, perhaps most importantly, you will know what drives your business forward!

We help you achieve these goals by having one 90-120-minute meeting twice per month for three months, so in less than 90 days your business will have real structure, real management, and a real plan! This is not a “bookshelf plan,” however; these plans are meant to be used, which is why we also help you build your metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)! You will use these plans to help you grow, improve your teams, and ensure you maintain your vision!

When you commit to this program, you commit to your success! Simply click here to begin your Certificate of Excellence and have lifetime support for your business!  As we like to say at The McGraw Council, we’re bullish on the American Dream, and we’re bullish on your future!
